At Blue Jade BB Collection, we take pride in offering carefully selected natural jade jewelry. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Due to the natural characteristics of jade, variations in color, texture, and translucency are not considered defects.

• Final sale or discounted items
• Custom or resized items (if applicable)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
